Hunt & Hunt’s fiber lasers are at the center of our advanced manufacturing operation. Our BLM LT5.10 fiber laser cuts tube for high-volume production, and our fiber laser marking system puts permanent identification on parts as they are produced. Both work under the same roof as our CNC machining and 32 robotic cells.

Fiber lasers built into high-volume production
Our fiber lasers are not a stand-alone job-shop service. They are steps in how we make parts: tube is cut on the fiber laser, marked for identification, and moves straight into machining and robotic production, with no outside vendor between steps.
- Cutting: Holes, slots and complex profiles in tube in one pass, work that would otherwise take several operations.
- Marking: Permanent part numbers and identification, applied at production speed. Learn about laser part marking and traceability.
- One supplier: Cut, marked and machined in our Houston facility, with one company responsible for the finished part.
